Verdura Resort, a Rocco Forte hotel, is an exclusive resort located on the south-west coast of Sicily. The resort has a wonderful sense of space nestled within 230 hectares of gentle rolling Sicilian countryside with nearly 2km of private coastline. All of the 203 rooms or suites have sea views and each blend beautifully into the landscape, with have either a private terrace or balcony. The interior design by Olga Polizzi mixes an understated contemporary style with traditional Sicilian touches.
Verdura Resort's facilities are exceptional and every family member is well-catered for. There are two 18-hole championship golf courses, six floodlit clay tennis courts, a full size football pitch, a 60m infinity pool and a fully equipped gym. Amare is the beach restaurant offering fresh seafood for both lunch and dinner and Liolà, a typical Sicilian Trattoria with pizza oven located in a stunning cliff top position a short walk from the main building.
